There are many things
you can do to move along your spiritual
path. Many things that will help get you
centered in a place of peace.
Meditation
There is no one
type of meditation that works for
everyone. There are many types.
There are walking meditations, which
are mindful journeys to nowhere, but
are performed with intention focused
on the journey, each step, each

Journaling
Journaling is a
way to write in a stream of
consciousness. For me personally, it
is the most difficult form of

because it combines aspects of all
the others.
Prayer Treatment
Work
As Religious
Scientists, we follow a form of
"scientific prayer," so called,
because it follows a set of steps
that definitely manifest for you, by
your belief in it. It differs from
prayers of supplication in that you
are not pleading with a God separate
from and outside of you, but are
praying as an individualization of
God, as a son stating, as matter of factly, to a loving, giving father
what you desire in you life, knowing
that your father wishes to grant your
every desire by your faith in its
natural, expected and positive
outcome. [More on Spiritual Mind

Inquiry
Reading Spiritual
Works and taking classes leads to
greater inquiry, as to your
relationship to the Divine, and a
better understanding as to the
magnificent, spiritual being you
already are.
